 Here’s a simple way to prepare pizza at home 🍕: Ingredients For the dough: 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida) 1 tsp instant yeast (or dry active yeast) 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil (or any cooking oil) ¾ cup warm water (adjust as needed) For the topping: ½ cup pizza sauce (or tomato ketchup with oregano & chili flakes) 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated) Vegetables of your choice: capsicum, onion, tomato, mushroom, sweet corn, olives Optional: cooked chicken, paneer, sausage, etc. Oregano & chili flakes for seasoning Steps 1. Prepare the Dough Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5–10 mins (until foamy). Add flour, salt, and oil. Mix well. Knead for 7–8 mins until soft and elastic.
